Title: Annotation on Youtube videos with rebels.org notes
Post by: danphobic_ on March 28, 2016, 03:32:22 PM
Hi All,

Title speaks for itself really. But just an idea. I had a look through Gareth chiprobots videos on youtube and noticed that most had an annotation with the lmr website address. I imagine this is extremely effective in directing people the right way.

As such, any videos I post here I am adding an annotation on the bottom right hand corner saying:
 "Posted on RobotRebels.org
Websited for hobby Robotics."

It's really easy to add annotations to existing videos. In 'video manager' select 'edit' on the video you want to add it to then select the 'annotations' tab along the top above your video when in edit mode.
There is a lot of geeks out there and hopefully this should send them this way!

I'm also commenting on other peoples robots on youtube and letting them know that the people here love seeing new robot projects. Not tons of them, but just when I see a good robot project.
