Greetings!
« on: May 25, 2018, 01:03:51 AM »
I am building a Prusa I3 MK2 clone. I am still in the early, early stages of the build - money is tight so I am having to stretch the part purchases out over 5-6 weeks.  I have purchased most of the mechanical components (smooth rods, bearings, steppers, lead screws, etc.), and am preparing to purchase the electronics side of the build (main board, PSU, display/controller, etc).

Found this forum through a Google search for a main board I am considering using.  Several people here are using them with varying degrees of success, so I thought I'd join in.

I am an amateur tinker/electronics nerd - I have been messing with Arduinos and other microcontrollers for several years now, so I am no stranger to Arduino coding and the like.  Hopefully I can find meaningful ways to contribute.
