Which micro motor solution would be the strongest ?
« on: June 07, 2017, 02:50:31 PM »
Hello,

I'm trying to make a project which needs really small but strong motors. They shouldn't cost to much as I'm trying to make this project as cheap as possible. If possible, I'd like to get them for less than 2$ per piece from China (I will need 5 of them).
The motors need to to rotate slowly (60 to 300 RPM). I found many small motors which fit those criterias but don't know which one is the strongest.

My first idea was to use these motors (which are still rather big) with PWM (using the PCB from an old SG90 servo), this made them rotate in the desired speed but not really accurately and I think they get weaker while using low speeds :

I also found some small DC motors with planetary gear boxes :

Last I found some stepper motors :

I don't know whether the first stepper motor will fit the project because of the blue cable holder, but maybe I can remove it.

I will probably use some LM293 double H bridges to control the motors.

Could someone please tell me which motors would probably be the strongest ?
