JX-26 Pan&Tilt- multi purpose role and easy to construct the idea behind this pan and tilt   the parts where printed for use with standard size servo ' so far I used HS-422 and S03NF STD with a little sanding fits ok. with those  futaba s3003 on ebay for £3 each  just getting cheaper.

Overlord printing the parts:
the parts where printed at .22 layer with a shell thickness 1.2 mm took about 2 days to print, clean and build

 construction:
 THE BASE:
parts for this stage:
4  screws M2x10     "for the base
4  Bolts  M3x12      " for the servo plate
servo and horn      "yours servo of choice
the base consumes the most plastic, with the supports.   it goes together like a burger with the servo sandwiched between the  plate and the base  , should be a tight fitting with the servo plate so  it  want  need  screwing in. with the plate bolted to the main body just screw the base and its done

THE TILT:
Is even more straight forward  to construct you only need three parts to have it working the  the tilt head the servo mount and the PLUG!.
I had to modify the servo at this point  'theirs a divider thingy near the  servo holes which has to be filed down to allow the servo fit properly again should be a  snug fit so no need to screw in the servo. the cable passes through the the body of the bracket that comes out through the base
first test:

the models stl files are in the vault: http://www.robotrebels.org/index.php?topic=367.0
if the JX23 to big for you then check out  the  JX mini  parts design for 9g servo  http://www.robotrebels.org/index.php?topic=366.0
